Carol Shea Porter has fallen behind Republican Frank Guinta, according to the poll.Director of the Center for Civic Engagement Wayne Lesperance said in a press release accompanying the results that “the Republican trend lines in all four races are positive, overcoming significant margins.” The New England College Polling Institute, affiliated with the civic engagement center, conducts the weekly polls leading up to the Nov. 4 election.
