In the midst of the sustained attack upon the republic of the United States of America that has been perpetrated by the Obama White House we need to evaluate the past year under the rule of a Democratic Party that is decidedly in conflict with the US Constitution. Although we saw a stunning mid term election defeat of the Democrats at the hands of the GOP neither did President Obama acknowledge the reasons why nor did the Republicans press their advantage.
Refusal to confront terrorism
Through out the year 2014 we saw the Obama White house reluctantly come to the aid of a beleaguered Iraq at the hands of ISIS, a brutal arm of the radical Islamist fronts that spent the year beheading journalists, Christians, and anyone who they determined to be in conflict with their interests. One might recall that it was the Obama State Department who released the very head of ISIS who was a former detainee at Guantanamo Bay. They ignored the rapid formation of ISIS as they the President referred to them as the “Junior Varsity” when it came to terrorist threats. As they rapidly gained momentum the John Kerry and the State Department ignored the danger they posed as the Iraq Army folded.
State Department failure
Much as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ignored pleas by Ambassador Stevens for assistance prior to the disastrous attack on the Benghazi US Consulate, the Obama administration remained consistently in denial of the emerging radical Islam threat over the emergence of ISIS. 2014 was also marked by the supposed exchange of suspected deserter Beau Bergdahl for 5 prominent Al Qaeda leaders imprisoned at Gitmo. These leaders as many others who have been released under Obama’s haphazard policies, joined forces against the US in Iran and Afghanistan. If anything 2014 should be characterized as the destruction of US foreign relations not only with its allies but with the deteriorating theater of the Middle East.
Executive destruction
It seems the President accelerated his assault on America announcing that he would begin using his phone and powers of the veto if Congress failed to act upon his policies. At a time when the US economy remains sluggish and unemployment only decreases because of statistical omission at the Department of Labor, the president has not allowed concern for US citizens to stand in the way of his punitive policies. 2014 marked a determined effort by the Democrats to continue mauling what is left of America with bad legislation while remaining lock in step with President Obama’s agenda.
Denial of the obvious
it is amazing to note that even with a direct and angry message sent to the White House by the voters who acted in repudiation of White House policy, President Obama refused to get their drift. Why? The president is obviously more than the average entrenched ideologue who romanticizes socialistic notions and a dislike for the traditions that made America a success, this man bathes in a delusion of collectivist obsession by expanding government overreach regardless of the disapproval of a vast majority within the electorate not to mention the Constitutional heritage of freedom from such restraints!
Non existent economic vision
With a fledgling economy in dire need of economic stimulus, President Obama once again refused to grant permits for completion of the Keystone XL Pipeline that would generate an estimated 42 thousand jobs, guarantee a cheap secure source of energy, would generate tax revenue for all state and county jurisdictions involved, and would strengthen US and Canadian ties. This is inherent proof of the president’s absent grasp of economic savvy as he gives the reason as being that present price reductions at the gas pump for US consumers as obviating the need for the pipeline or that the tar sands oil would simply be shipped to foreign buyers worldwide once piped to refineries along the gulf coast. This is what America gets for electing a man who had no experience in business or managing an enterprise. This is what you can expect from a radical groomed to be a community organizer (agitator)!
